We have quite a variety of working methods. We meet in the office at least once a week, though, because we recognise the value of in-person interactions. We like to bring people into the office once every three months, even if they work remotely. It’s good to meet each other in person! In particular, to foster relationships, knowledge sharing, and team building.
Throughout the organisation, we collaborate a lot on a daily basis. We collaborate closely with marketing to improve messaging and create leads, and with product development to integrate user feedback for ongoing enhancements.
If we don’t say it ourselves, we’re wonderful. Every three months, we get together to talk about anything and everything. This allows us to exchange our knowledge and get to know one another better. A better working atmosphere results from people feeling at ease with one another.
Whether it’s giving advice, exchanging resources, or delivering support during trying times, we’re always here for one another. It’s how we may prosper and give our all.
